Redemption Guidelines:

Your unique membership code and redemption URL will be sent within 20 working days after successful registration.
You must activate your membership within 7 working days of receipt, after which the unique code will expire and be forfeited.
Rewards points spent are non-refundable. Unique membership codes are single-use only, and multiple redemptions require a different email address for each code.
Redemptions are non-convertible to cash, cannot be exchanged for other items, and cannot be used in conjunction with other Accor promotions.
