How it works:

1. New-to-RCBC Bankard Principal ZALORA Credit Cardholders can get ₱5,000 ZALORA Gift Voucher for the combined retail spend* of at least ₱30,000 using their ZALORA Virtual and/or Principal Credit Card within 60 days from card delivery.
2. To claim this welcome gift, cardholders must redeem at https://cloud.marketing.rcbcbankard.com/zalorawgift.
3. Once validated, the ZALORA Gift Voucher code will be sent to the cardholder via SMS and email.

Terms & Conditions

1. All New-to-Bank Principal ZALORA Credit Cardholders with at least ₱30,000 single or accumulated retail purchase within sixty (60) days from card delivery are qualified to get their ZALORA Gift Voucher as Welcome Gift.
2. Renewal, replacement, re-issued (previously cancelled, then re-applied) and supplementary ZALORA Credit Cardholders are not qualified to get the Welcome Gift.
3. Transactions made through the Virtual Card and by the Supplementary cardholder/s (if applicable) will be counted under the Principal cardholder’s account. However, only the principal cardholder will be given the Welcome Gift.
4. After required spend is met, the cardholder must redeem the Welcome Gift at https://cloud.marketing.rcbcbankard.com/zalorawgift. Once validated, the Welcome Gift Voucher will be sent to the cardholder via SMS and EDM within the second week of the next month. RCBC Bankard shall not be liable for non-receipt of the Welcome Gift Voucher due to causes not attributable to it such as but not limited to erroneous or invalid e-mail address and/or mobile phone number provided by the Principal cardholder or telecommunications or internet service provider related issues.
5. RCBC Bankard reserves the right to disqualify transactions of cardholders from participating in the ZALORA Credit Card Welcome Gift program for any of the following reasons: a) the cardholder’s ZALORA Credit Card is past due, b) the retail purchase is disputed or deemed fraudulent. RCBC Bankard, shall have the final decision on the eligibility of the cardholder to avail of the Welcome Gift.
6. The Welcome Gift can only be received once and is not convertible to cash.
7. The use of the ZALORA Gift Voucher shall be subject to the rules and regulations of ZALORA Philippines and can be found here: https://zlrph.com/giftcard. RCBC Bankard assumes no responsibility for and disclaims any liability with respect to the use of the ZALORA Gift Voucher.
8. RCBC Bankard reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of the Welcome Gift at any time upon prior notice to Cardholders.
9. These Terms and Conditions are subject to relevant laws, rules, and regulations.

*The following transactions are excluded from the promo: UnliPay, Cash Advance, Balance/Purchase Conversion, YourCash, Cash Loan, Balance Transfer, Money Transfer and Quasi-Cash/Cash In Transactions, Casino/Gambling, Political organizations, Bail, Bond Payment, Wholesale & Distribution, Multi-level Marketing (e.g. 1BRO Global, USANA, Frontrow, UNO, Suy Sing, Doterra, Herbalife, Alliance, First Vita, Young Living). Transactions with the following Merchant Category Codes (“MCC”) are also not qualified.
