Key Highlights:

1. Offer is open to select principal Premium RCBC Credit Card holders who are recipients of the promo electronic direct mail (EDM) or SMS.
2. Spend using your eligible Premium RCBC Credit Card and meet the spend requirement (refer to the mechanics below) from October 7 to November 15, 2024.

Promo Mechanics:

1. The promo is open to select RCBC Credit principal cardholders who are recipients of the promo electronic direct mail (EDM) or SMS who have registered and met the required spend from October 7 to November 15, 2024.
2. Qualified cardholder is entitled to receive up to ₱500 Lazada e-voucher for single-receipt or accumulated spend of ₱1,000 and up based on the spend tier below.

3. Upon meeting the required spend, the cardholder must fill out the redemption form until November 15, 2024 at https://cloud.marketing.rcbcbankard.com/2024LAPSERS and input the following details below:
   • Card embossed name (name as it appears on Card)
   • First 4 digits of Card
   • Last 4 digits of Card
   
   The cardholder must only register ONCE and ensure that correct details are entered.
   
   By registering for the promo, the cardholder agrees to receive SMS/text messages or e-mails, and freely consents to process his/her personal information in relation to the promo.


4. The following posted transactions are qualified for the promo:
   • Domestic retail/straight transactions
   • Overseas retail/straight transactions
   • Installment transactions
   • Bills Payment
   • Online transactions
   • Mail & telephone orders
   • Cash Loan (12 months and up tenor)
   • Balance Transfer (12 months and up tenor)
   
   The following transactions are excluded from the promo: Unlipay, Cash Advance, Balance/Purchase Conversion, Money Transfer and Quasi-Cash, Casino/Gambling, Political organizations, Bail, Bond Payment, Wholesale & Distribution, Multi-level Marketing (e.g. 1BRO Global, USANA, Frontrow, UNO, Suy Sing, Doterra, Herbalife, Alliance, First Vita, Young Living).


5. Transactions made by the Supplementary cardholder will be qualified as part of the Principal cardholder’s spend.
6. Qualified cardholder’s account must be active and current at the time of registration and sending of the e-voucher.
7. Qualified cardholders who have met the required spend amount and who have successfully filled out the redemption form will receive the e-voucher via SMS on or before November 22, 2024.
8. The e-voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, rewards points, or products other than the offers indicated above.
9. The cardholder will be charged the cost of the e-voucher if he/she cancels the qualifying purchase and/or if the credit card transaction or redemption is found to be fraudulent.
10. In case of dispute with regards to the customer’s eligibility and availment of the promo, the decision of RCBC Bankard Services Corp. with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
11. All questions and issues related to the promo can be accommodated beyond the promo period but in no case beyond thirty (30) days from the issuance of the SMS containing the e-vouchers.
12. The promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of RCBC Credit Card.

Redemption:

1. The Lazada e-voucher will be sent to the cardholder’s registered mobile number.
2. The e-voucher code should be entered at the checkout page under “Select Payment Method”, in the “Enter Voucher Code” box, before clicking the place order.
3. Redemption is valid within 60 days from end of promo period.
